I’ve been receiving telephone coaching from Elissa Freeman for several years and have always found her (Elissa’s) style of coaching works perfectly for me. The main reason for this is the convenience factor, I can be either driving a car or sitting at home or anywhere I like it doesn’t matter. What does matter is my involvement in the process as the client and my willingness to change.
After all if you are not willing to change no style of coaching will ever work.
